Layout
I'm not sure how this is supposed to look, but linking to the introduction sections seems the most sensible
- The site looks fine now, but there are no links in the table to get to the actual portals. Maybe there could be a "...more" link?
- Portal:Colonials is completely broken as well, and I have no clue how to fix that.
- The intro of Portal:Cylons is too long. There should be a separate section for the second paragraph, so it doesn't stretch the Overview table.

- There are links to all portals, they're on top of the page. Because it can't hurt, I [{{fullurl:Portal:Overview|diff=125734&oldid=125719 linkyfied] the headers. You're also right about Portal:Cylons and Portal:Colonials.
