PPDIOO is a network lifecycle continuous improvement process (CIP) implemented in the colonial military.
Admiral Helena Cain reviews a summary report on this and other status related topics, while Pegasus is in Scorpion Fleet Shipyards for a large-scale overhaul, including its network infrastructure, the latter being lead by Gina Inviere of Integral Systems Engineering.
