Norris Elementary School was a school somewhere on the Twelve Colonies.
Samuel Anders believes he attended this school as a youth, reciting this fact after he launches from Galactica while pressing his wireless transmit button, which earns him a sharp rebuke from Diana Seelix (He That Believeth In Me).
