Mithraism is a minority religion in the Twelve Colonies. They are also known as Mithrisaries by the Gemenese.

When the Quorum debates whether or not to grant Baltar's cult religious freedom, delegate Reza Chronides points out that their practices are not too different from Mithraists (Escape Velocity).
