Mithraism is a minority religion in the Twelve Colonies. They are also known as Mithrisaries by the Gemenese.

When the Quorum debates whether or not to grant Baltar's cult religious freedom, delegate Reza Chronides points out that their practices are not too different from Mithraists (Escape Velocity).

Notes

  • Mithraism was a religion practiced in the Roman Empire in the 1st to 4th centuries CE. It was an initiatory order that practiced its rites in natural caves or buildings resembling caves.
