Hiro Kanagawa (born October 13, 1963) is a Japanese-born actor who portrays Cyrus Xander in Caprica.
Born in Sapporo, Japan, Kanagawa was raised in both Canada and the United States.[1] Later, he would make numerous appearances in theater, film, and television, as well as a voice over artist for both anime series and documentaries. Many of these productions are genre series, including The X-Files, Sliders, First Wave (with Sebastian Spence), Smallville, Showtime's revival of The Outer Limits, and numerous others.
In addition to acting, Kanagawa is also a writer, having worked on such shows as Intelligence, Da Vinci's Inquest, and its spin-off Da Vinci's City Hall.
