The Ghost Fleet Offensive[1] was an initiative by the Colonial Fleet to put the Cylons on the defensive using ships thought to be destroyed, but actually hidden away. The plan is successful, and the ghost fleet is able to strike "every toaster base in five sectors", and inflicted major damage (TRS: "Blood and Chrome").
