Connie is (or may have been, at one time) the owner of a restaurant in Little Tauron, Caprica.
Joseph Adama went to Connie's restaurant when he was in high school. During his gag, Sam Adama tells Joseph that he killed Amanda Graystone in the kitchen of Connie's place (Gravedancing).
