At the time of the fall, Ellen Tigh was conversing in the bar with a humanoid Cylon Number One copy. Ellen would have died from her injuries, if not for the intervention of the aforementioned Number One copy, as he felt she had yet to learn any important lessons. From here, both eventually wind up on the Rising Star and then Galactica ("The Plan"; "Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down").
