Charlie Connor is one of Samuel Anders' resistance fighters. He is present at the meeting with Sharon Agathon at Breeders Canyon and later takes part in the attack on the New Caprica Detention Center (Exodus, Part II).

He lost his seven year old son Kevin during the temple raids on New Caprica and, back on Galactica, is part of a tribunal authorized by Tom Zarek to sentence and execute collaborators (Collaborators).

Later, Connor is serving drinks in Joe's bar ("The Woman King", "Crossroads, Part I").

After the Battle of the Ionian Nebula, Connor (sporting a new hair cut) and his friend Shaunt, discover that a covered Baltar is being escorted to another part of the ship. With the intent of exacting justice for his son's death at the hands of "Baltar's police", he strikes up a chat with a newly-shaven Baltar in the officer's head. After the seemingly friendly little chat turns sour, Connor and Shaunt begins their attempt to kill Baltar. However, Paulla Schaffer, a Baltar cultist, manages to overpower Shaunt and fends off the attackers, beating both Connor and Shaunt savagely before Baltar puts a stop to Schaffer's violence (He That Believeth In Me). Connor survives the attack, however, and goes on to join in the takeover of Galactica, distributing firearms and leading the team that takes control of the flight deck (The Oath).
