This is a subpage for blog control requests. A request for "blog control" merely gives the user permission to post new entries to the blog itself and to moderate the blog. This does not affect the ability to reply to new blog entries, but affects the blog entries themselves.

Those who post to the blog, particularly in a contributor/moderator compacity must heed the Official Representation guidelines, as well as all other Wiki policies. The blog is an extension to the wiki to gather feedback from our users and not the other way around.

How to nominate and vote

The voting process lasts for one week from the acceptance of the nomination. Users may nominate others, or users may self-nominate themselves. The rules and guidelines set forth in the Request for adminship process apply here as well, so you are strongly encouraged to refer to that.

Simply add the name of the user you wish to nominate, whether it be youself or another person. Using the text box below, edit only the USERNAME portion of the box below and nothing else.

Once you've submitted the text in the box, fill out the required fields and please notify the person you nominated, so that they may accept or decline the nomination.
