German wiki will be online by Friday

I will be setting up the German wiki on Tuesday or Wednesday. Users who have an account on the English wiki will also have an account on the German one as well.

Early warning regarding inactive accounts

In order to remove cruft from the database, I plan on going through and removing any accounts that haven't made any edits. Basically, if the account is more than one month old and hasn't been used at all, it will be deleted.

Please note that this will not affect any accounts who have made edits in the past, but are presently inactive. This is only for accounts that have never been used.
