1.7 Update

The update for 1.7 will be implemented either Sunday, July 23rd or Monday, July 24th. No downtime is aniticipated, but the Wiki will be uneditable for a time during the update.

During this, I will also endeavor to deal with the issues some people are having with the registration/email confirmation process.

-The update on the english version of Battlestar Wiki has been completed. The wiki is now fully up to date to the newest version of the MediaWiki software and the tweaks done to the database have been completed.
