Lucifer is a Cylons who acts as Baltar's second-in-command on Omega-Monthu.

In 1980 C.E., Lucifer informs Baltar that Galactican Fleet discovered Earth, and often voices his observations on human behaviors and actions to Baltar. He is presumably destroyed in Troykus Adama's successful kamikaze maneuver on Omega-Monthu during the Battle for Earth (Galactica 1980 #1#4).
