* Numbers should use commas ( , ) to mark every three digits, and decimal points ( . ) to denote numbers with decimals.
* Numbers less than 13 should be spelled out, "five" for "5", etc.

Templates are pages that are created with two '''{''' on either side of the template name. {{tl|interview}} is a perfect example of how a template is created. They are used to process and show a message over a number of pages without having to retype the information over again and allows quick updating. All you would have to do is update the template and all the pages contacting with that template.

You're right. French Wikipedia is a good place for BSG. I shall link the articles. But first I'm trying to make the wiki work fine. I must import many templates, translate their code, their documentation, and their names within the pages which call them, and also update the real-content articles'names etc etc etc before adding real data.
