The radio station is targeted by Andromus and Centuri, two surviving Cylons that discover Earth but are forced to crash land after impacting with Recon Delta. They hope to use the powerful 150,000 watt transmitter to communicate the location of Earth to the Cylon Empire, and thus destroy the last remaining outpost of humanity; they are subsequently thwarted by Troy and Dillon (The Night the Cylons Landed, Part II).
