Tolan greets Starbuck and Apollo with a group of other *Pegasus* officers.

Biography

The executive officer of the Battlestar Pegasus, under Commander Cain's command. Although he is loyal to Cain, he apparently doesn't totally reject Tigh's command of Pegasus during Cain's mitigation of command. For his part, he warns Tigh to wait to transfer the fuel until things had calmed down a bit (i.e., probably when Cain returned to the Pegasus) (The Living Legend).

He remains aboard Pegasus as it makes its assault on the two basestars. His fate remains unknown (The Living Legend).
