Moore is an advisor to [[Nationalist]] President [[Arends]]. As such, he knows about the secret peace treaty between the fascist [[Eastern Alliance]] and the [[Terra]] Nationalist government. He lets the president know about the two unidentified craft ([[Apollo (TOS)|Apollo]]'s and [[Starbuck (TOS)|Starbuck]]'s [[Viper (TOS)|fighters]]), but is met with unconcern about it.


By Arends' request, he orders the arrest of the Maxwells and Colonel [[Charlie Watts]], although it is truly Apollo that he brings in, thanks to the [[Being of Light|Being]] known only as [[John]] ([[Experiment in Terra]]).
