Dahlia is Tauron's representative to the Quorum of Twelve during Roslin's second administration ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity", "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?", "Sine Qua Non", "The Oath"). She is temporarily replaced by an unnamed quorum delegate in "A Disquiet Follows My Soul".

After Lieutenant Felix Gaeta and Zarek stage a mutiny aboard Galactica and Zarek turns to the Quorum for support, the Quorum rebuffs him. Zarek leaves the room and orders the marines outside the door to execute all Quorum members present (Blood on the Scales).
