A cat is a feline creature.
The term "cat" may refer to the following in the Re-imagined Series, where house cats exist:
- Catbird, a callsign for a Pegasus Viper pilot
- Catman, callsign of George Birch.
- Lance, a male feline carried in a backpack by Romo Lampkin
- A misspelling of Louanne Katraine's callsign, "Kat"
- A greeting between William Adama and Kara Thrace in the descriptive article, Nothing but the rain
For a reference in the Original Series, see
- "The Man With Nine Lives", the title of which refers to real-world Earth lore surrounding cats having "nine lives"
