Bill Meilen (September 16, 1932—September 4, 2006) was a British TV and film actor, writer, producer and director. He portrayed an unnamed Caprica Cleric in the Re-imagined Series episode "Act of Contrition", and has the distinction of being the first male clergymen depicted in the series.

Born in Cardiff, Wales, Meilen served as a merchant marine and served in the British Army in Korea.[1]

Meilen immigrated to Canada in 1969, where he became a professor at the University of Alberta's Drama Department until 1998 where he retired professor emeritus.[1]
