			:Concur. I make it a rule that any account I block have a message on their talk page explaining the ban and, in case there is a mistake, what to do to appeal it. An addition Warn-# template can be made for this, and we should advise all admins that block messages are a policy thing that should always be done. --[[User:Spencerian\|Spencerian]] 10:35, 30 April 2007 (CDT)
