In order to make the page as complete as possible I wanted to leave no gray areas by defining the word Policy, and list punishments for infringements against the set procedures. 	::The word "mutineer" is already neutral enough, though, in my opinion. Forgive me, at the risk of sounding pedantic, but I don't know how else to phrase it: I believe you're subscribing to the "popular definition" of the word, which doesn't have any basis in the real definition. Civilians can mutiny, and especially in this case, since the mutiny isn't restricted to the military. It's also a political one with obvious ramifications Fleet-wide.
