I've watched it twice, and still trying to wrap my head around it all.
While there were some major surprises (e.g., Dualla), I think spoilers really did ''spoil'' some of it for me (e.g., Starbuck).
So I'm hereby resolving to go spoiler-free for the rest of the season.
