I'm '''Marcel Damen''' and I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I started out as a fan of the original series back in 1978 when I was 8 years old and started loving the new series from the moment it was on (of course I had my doubts as any other original series fan, but I truly love the new series as much as I do the original series.

For my signature collection ([http://www.planet.nl/~m-a-d Battlestar Galactica Autographs and Photos]) I tracked down about 150+ cast/crew of the original series together with my good friend Mike Egnor. This collection was noticed by convention organizers and in 2005 I helped organizing two of the biggest Battlestar Galactica reunions here in Europe. First was Memorabilia in Birmingham (UK) and the other was Screenheroes in Utrecht (Netherlands). Both had 9 main cast.

At the convention contacts were tightened and friends were made. This ;ed to building websites for [http://www.annelockhart.com Anne Lockhart] (Sheba), [http://www.terry-carter.net Terry Carter] (Col. Tigh) and [http://www.noah-hathaway.com Noah Hathaway] (Boxey).
