It's now clear to me that the "CAG Roster" that Sci-Fi offered during the first season can not be considered a cononical source. I thought it was Spinner because his name was referenced as the speaker, but the same thing was done with Duck accidentally being substituted for BB, so Spinner wasn't the one who died.
