It would seem like too much of a coincidence not to be the case, I just took it be the same place that the farm was set up in. Of course we'll never know for sure unless Ron Moore says so, but given the coincidence (and that the corridors look very alike in both episodes) I took it to be a continuity nod, much like the Vipers and reference to Pythia also in the episode.
