	:Not true. Or rather, that isn't necessarily the case. A flagship doesn't have the be the newest, biggest or most powerful vessel in a fleet. There are cases from WWII for example, where admirals had their flag on cruisers, because they were faster than battleships or carriers. While we've seen three (or four) unique ship designs, there's no indication that there weren't more. ''Pegasus'', while advanced, may not have been the biggest or most advanced.
