So really drawing upon their most recent experiences, the things that have affected them most deeply, and what level of awareness they're at. Because speaking very personally, this has been just a huge part of my life. And a learning curve. When I started this job, I wasn't married and I didn't have any children. So I look back over the last five years, they've been momentous on a personal level and so you can't help but associate that with the job as well.
