The SIGINT Advisory is updated during each turn, and may consist of one or more of the following update types:

* Officers that are ready for promotion, once their Experience Points reach the next promotion tier.
* New blueprints available to be unlocked via the redemption of [[Requisition Points]].
* Cylon fleet movements. These can be exact, pointing to a specific point, or generalized as a warning that random attacks may occur.
