This prompts [[Starbuck (TOS-RP)|Starbuck]] to investigate in [[Recon Viper Three]], leading to his being shot down for a crash-landing on an unnamed planet. In doing so, Starbuck ultimately reveals to the Fleet that Boomer had been captured by the Cylons was subjected to a [[New Life Process|cybernetic conversion process]] to turn him into a new form of Cylon Centurion.
