The flight is eventful, as [[Hijackers|two Cuban terrorists]] hold a [[stewardess]] hostage in an attempt to hijack the plane and divert it to Cuba; Troy and Dillon stop this by quickly stunning the hijackers with their [[Laser pistol (1980)|laser derringers]], unfortunately witnessed by a meddlesome young boy. They are lauded as heroes by crew and passengers alike despite their pleas of ignorance, and are asked to stay behind for questioning by law enforcement.
