OK, I'll admit it. I've got baby fever. Say what you will about the "biological clock," but I'm telling you - every time I see a baby on the streets of Caprica City, I melt into a little pile of goo. So I'm walking down the street the other day and you can imagine my excitement when a cute blonde guy is walking towards me wearing a baby carrier. As he gets closer I see that it's, in fact, not a cooing miniature human with a sweet sweet face, but a DOG! Yes, you heard me. That guy had some sort of tiny terrier strapped to his chest.

Now I think it's great that people love their pets. And if you want to treat your dog like your kid, I guess that's fine, too. But a baby carrier??? Come ON! Dogs were made to walk! And our city streets are a fine place for them to do that. Now if that dog is some sort of multiple amputee, my apologies. In that case, by all means, carry it everywhere. But in the meantime LET IT WALK!

And it's not just the dog carriers that bug me. It's the doggie day spas, the diamond studded leashes, the designer dresses...I could go on. But on the other hand, I guess if this stuff makes dog owners happy - and it keeps the economy going after the [[BREAKING: MLMT Train Explosion; Casualties Estimated in the Hundreds|recent MAGLEV attack]] - then who am I to complain?

But dog baby carriers? Come on...seriously?
