Based on the "Episode Data" template I been working on, all these templates that store the information about when the episode was "released" got to be changed to include the country code. US, CAN, and UK. Right now I am going to move all of these to have the US country code in, then over the course of the days, we will create and maintain a UK and CA template listing, but for now US is going to be #1. Any questions on the order of where the country code goes?

Based on this structure:
* DVD's: {{{title}}} {{{dvdtype}}} {{{countrycode}}} DVD release date
* Broadcast's: {{{title}}} '''format''' {{{countrycode}}} broadcast date

The format in which the informations should be in is: DD Monthname YYYY
