There has been entirely too much back-and-forthing on episode guide pages since the start of the third season, and it is not possible to redact and summarize various points in a timely manner. The end result is a chatty and argumentative series of indented bullet points which is exhausting and difficult to read, and many of which do not contain substantive or interesting content.

I propose that we should address the problem by doing the following:

# Update our [[Battlestar Wiki:Episode Standardization|policy]] to reflect the latest informed consensus.
# Publicize said policy to new users.
# Be more stringent in chastising users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Please suggest more detailed implementation ideas on the talk page.
