Proposal to re-organise the episode airdate information on all the episode pages.

Currently the airdate information is a mess spread over many pages and sometimes hard written into episode articles.

I suggest the following changes:
*Create sub pages within Battlestar Wiki:Airdates and Battlestar Wiki:Format release list for each area. PAL, NTSC and HDTV eg. [[Battlestar Wiki:Airdates/PAL]] to ease of navigation.
*Update all the episode broadcast template. eg. {{tl|Scattered NTSC broadcast date}} is done, {{tl|Maelstrom NTSC broadcast date}} is not.
*Create rule for defining what information is in this template. Some templates just have a simple date in plain text, others have time zone information and what channel the broadcast was on.
*Update all the pages that have hard written airdates to use the templates.

This is a big job and cannot be done by just one person. A time line of things to do and what information will need to be gathered will need to be discussed as will the decision on what to actually put in the templates too, bear in mind it will appear on all episode pages and image episode templates.
