Expansion

Interestingly, on the arm patch, the "NCP" logo is bordered by "New Caprica Security Forces", not "New Caprica Police". --Peter Farago 05:34, 13 October 2006 (CDT)

It's probably just an alternate name. But it would be harder to fit NCSF on an arm patch than just NCP. Regardless, this deserves mention. --Homeworld 22:36, 13 October 2006 (CDT)

It's also possible that the "New Caprica Security Force" is organization of which the NCP is a part; the NCP are merely the "human" arm, whereas the Centurions and baseships in orbit are merely different arms of the NCSF. -- Joe Beaudoin ^{So say we all - Donate} 22:43, 13 October 2006 (CDT)

Guns

Does anybody know what type of weapons the police were allowed (if any)? I would think that the Cylons wouldn't want to actually arm possible rebels with guns, or did they just give them shock rods or something? Commander Mazien 15:10, 26 November 2006 (CST)
