This flag stands at Canceron representative Robin Wenutu's position in the Quorum of Twelve in the episode "Colonial Day".

QuintusCinna tentatively identifies this as the flag of the colony corresponding to Libra, which has not been named. He additionally speculates that it may be called Icon, based on a scene in the Miniseries in which that name is given alongside Picon.

Kahran color corrected this version to match up with the flag seen in close up shots in "Colonial Day".
