Dawn Chubai is the actress who portrayed a reporter in Caprica's "The Reins of a Waterfall."

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, she began as a jazz singer that segued into her work into television. Her first stint was as a weather broadcaster at A-Channel before relocating to Vancouver in 2004, working for City TV Vancouver as a host for Breakfast Television and Reality Television.
