Brandy Harder is a Marine stationed on Galactica, holding the rank of private (Resistance) and sergeant (Revelations).

When President Roslin is freed from the brig after instigating a mutiny against Commander Adama, her rescuers run into Private Harder in a causeway. Although trying to stop them at first, Harder decides to let them go (Resistance).

Many months after the Battle of New Caprica and just after the Battle of the Ionian Nebula, Sergeant Harder and Sergeant Allan Nowart are assigned to escort Captain Kara "Starbuck" Thrace after she seemingly returns from the dead. Thrace, insisting to see President Roslin, incapacitates both her and Nowart (He That Believeth In Me).

She would recover nearly 30 days later, she is monitoring the cell of Caprica Six when she is dismissed by Colonel Tigh, who wants to talk to the Cylon privately (Escape Velocity).

When Galen Tyrol and Samuel Anders are discovered to be Cylons, she arrests both of them and escorts them to a launch tube where they are supposed to be spaced, but releases them when President Lee Adama decides to spare their lives (Revelations).

Notes

• This character is credited as "Marine With A Sandwich" in "Resistance" and as "Marine #2" in "He That Believeth In Me". She is given a name "Revelations", where she is credited as "Sgt. Brandy Harder" and identified in dialogue by Lee Adama.
• She was first named as a private in Season 2 and has since been promoted to sergeant in Season 4.
