Episode pages are not forums

There has been entirely too much back-and-forthing on episode guide pages since the start of the third season, and it is not possible to redact and summarize various points in a timely manner. The end result is a chatty and argumentative series of indented bullet points which is exhausting and difficult to read, and many of which do not contain substantive or interesting content.

I propose that we should address the problem by doing the following:

1. Update our policy to reflect the latest informed consensus.
2. Publicize said policy to new users.
3. Be more stringent in chastising users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

Please suggest more detailed implementation ideas on the talk page.
