Superweapon? Flagship?

The Unknown Cylon Ship is not only a Raider factory and command and control ship, but it is also a superweapon and it may be the flagship of operations of the Cylon leader himself. --John-1107 14:29, 16 October 2005 (EDT)

  • I'm assuming you mean "I THINK that it is a superweapon"; the way you phrase it is confusing. And probably not. I mean what's it going to do, destroy a planet? The Twelve Colonies have already been devastated by nuclear attack! That, and we have already speculated that it is the flagship of the new Imperious Leader--Ricimer 14:35, 16 October 2005 (EDT)
  • Trying to get us talking, John? It'll be interesting to see if it works. Looks like you've been around since April, so you know what you're getting into. Present your evidence (I'm unaware of any) and we'll have a look. Good Luck. --Watcher 14:50, 16 October 2005 (EDT)

I'll bring in more evidence once the Unknown Cylon Ship finally appears in the 2003/5 remake of Battlestar Galactica. The Imperious Leader hasn't appeared nor was mentioned in the remake yet. -- John-1107 16:08, 22 October 2005 (EDT)

  • My money is that it's a Basestar Classic, at least from what I can make out of the recon photos. --David Templar 21:29, 22 October 2005 (EDT)

Official: It's the titular "Resurrection Ship"

Official releases we're getting from Scifi have confirmed that this is the titular "Resurrection Ship" of the episode which bears that name. Although we still have no idea specificall what a "Resurrection Ship" is (although smart money says that it's something to so with the consciousness-transfer of the humanoid Cylons, we know nothing specific for sure), I say we should move this article to "Resurrection Ship", or would this be to spoilerific?--Ricimer 22:12, 10 December 2005 (EST)

And retitle the episode page "Resurrection Ship (episode)"? Or should this be "Resurrection ship (ship)"? In any case, our spoiler policy would indicate that we shouldn't move the page until the relevant episode airs. --Peter Farago 00:50, 11 December 2005 (EST)
We have the spoiler pics from TDA with at least three clear schematics of the ship. Should we change the picture to that? We should also change it's name I think, at least in the article, leave links with the old title until the episode airs, perhaps post a spoiler warning. --Sauron18 13:46, 23 December 2005 (GMT)
