Fleet dockyards located (presumably in orbit around) Scorpion. At the time of the Cylon attack, the Pegasus, three other battlestars, and two other CFleet ships were stationed there. A Cylon nuclear attack destroyed the Yards and all ships but the Pegasus, which escaped via a blind jump. Although 700 crewmen from the Pegasus were killed, several of the crew of the Shipyards and the other vessels docked there - including the Humano-Cylon agent Gina - escaped aboard Pegasus.
