Officer candidate school

The Colonial Forces maintained an Officer Candidate School.
The school has been in service since the Cylon War, when Saul Tigh attended it.[1]
Crashdown also attended the school, but his usage of a basic command instructional tool from the school to plan a serious Cylon offensive on Kobol suggested the officer's inexperience, according to Galen Tyrol (Fragged).
