- I believe this should be classified fan fiction, artful as it is. Names appear TOS but banners are RDM. I recommend we give the contributor a chance for the source, but put it on the clock with a deletion tag. --Spencerian 23:08, 8 February 2006 (EST)
I pulled it down off of a costume/prop building site. I don't know who created the file originally. My intent was not for this to be used for anything more than a comparison of matching Colony Names to their appropriate Banners, to help illustrate the discussion(so you could see what I was talking about). (since their seems to be confusion about this all over the web.) And yes I am aware the names of a few of the colonies are incorrect for RDM. as far as "copyright" doesn't really apply here does it? Since the person who created this file doesn't own/hold any rights to this property. I will see about finding out who made it anyways just for attributions sake.--Stratohead
- I think it's a little different than using image clips from galacticastation, since there really is some creative effort on the part of the artist. While the copyright might still belong to universal ultimately, it's a much more debateable situation than unmodified screen captures, and I'm uncomfortable hosting the image here without explicit permission from its creator. --Peter Farago 11:20, 9 February 2006 (EST)

- I believe the image can be credited to 137thGebirg, from the Galactica Actual forum, but since that forum has been deleted, and I don't know of any way to contact him, I don't think we should use the image. --Mason 14:24, 9 February 2006 (EST)
