This is a restored version of the original document. I've only moved it to a different namespace since otherwise, it would conflict with the currently open version. I promise you that I have not modified it from its last revision in any way except to add the archive notice, and I'm sure another admin would be happy to confirm this. --Peter Farago 12:50, 25 June 2006 (CDT)

You should have moved the new one to a new namespace. Not change the orginial. If you want to get on GTalk for a comprimise between me and you and no one else. You will be unblocked for 24 hours. I've restored the old RFC under its original namespace, then moved it back here. This has cost the current RFC its edit history, since article histories cannot be cloned - I hope you are now satisfied with the veracity of this document. --Peter Farago 13:02, 25 June 2006 (CDT)
