Nicknamed "Stoney", Stone was the Nationalist aide to General Maxwell, as well as family friend. His knowledge of the general's mission to Lunar One made him a threat to President Arends peace treaty, thus imprisoned by Arends' order. He initially didn't believe in the story told by Captain Apollo, who appeared to be Colonel Watts, but he apparently believed some of it due to Starbuck's appearance. (Experiment in Terra)
