The Articles of Colonization is the Colonial equivalent to both the U.N. Charter and Universal Declaration of Human Rights . Signed 52 years before the miniseries (Colonial Day), they formed the Twelve Colonies, apparently in response to the Cylon War. The anniversary of their signature is the Colonial Day holiday.
The 23rd Article of Colonisation is the equivalent to the 5th Amendment to the Universal U.S. Constitution(Litmus).
