Hades is the name of a basestar that Baltar commands after returning to the Cylons.
With the help of Count Iblis, the ship and its two sister ships are outfitted with a variant of the temporal overdrive that allows Baltar and the Cylons to reach Earth (TOS: War of Eden 1-4).
