| Hi, you welcomed me yesterday - I usually edit [http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/User:Sycamore another wiki] with an ongoing discussion of funding and hosting. I was interested in the way your wiki works. You seem to be A.) Independent from a host (i.e. you don't have host that has any say in waht you do, or you host yoursleves completly?) and B.) You have user payed subscription along with advertising - Does this work well? Also [http://galactica.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page Wikia has its own battlestar wiki] free of adverts and is free to use - however its mostly abadoned - which seems odd if you have to pay to get an ad free use on this one? | Hello. Thanks for your note on my talk page. I believe it is in reference to my removal of some actors (i.e. Michael Hogan, Tahmoh Penikett, Kandyse McClure, Michael Trucco, Allessandro Giuliani) from the guest stars section of season 4 episodes. I don't plan to take this any further back (you suggest that I might continue on as far as season 1) as these actors were in fact guest stars in earlier seasons and are correctly listed as such. I have removed them from the season four sections as they became part of the starring cast at the beginning of season 4 and are no longer guest stars. I don't see any need to propose this to the think tank as it is a cut and dry error correction. If you would like to make some kind of proposal regarding these edits please let me know and I'll happily reproduce my rationale there.--[[User:Opark 77|Opark 77]] 21:48, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

Hello.
I come to you because I need your help. I started to update the french part of the wiki, to translate various pages from the english one, to import templates the french wiki didn't use yet etc etc. I noticed you were looking for somebody to manage the french wiki. I do not exactly know what it'd be about, but let's say I'm quite interested in this.
The reason of my message is simple. I updated the Episode List (not the template, only the wikipage) and had to do some modifications, involving accents, missing or useless capital letters, and special letters. I think i'm done, however these modifications broke several links to episode pages.
I know it is possible to hide them on screen, but that would not be quite clean, that's why I tried to rename the pages who needed it... unsuccessfully, since I'm not allowed to do it. Could you please grant me the correct permissions, so that I could rename the pages with a correct typography ? Afterwoods, when there is no more broken links on the "episode list" wiki page, I shall update de "episode list" template page, and the episode infoboxes.
